Has and maintains a relationship with Jesus Christ while keeping an active membership within a local church.

Leads and facilitates small group discussion during weekly bible study.

Determines where your people are spiritually and meet their specific needs (discipleship).

 Facilitate prayer requests and pray with your small group.

 Call your small group members every week in order to maintain relationship and accountability.

Help plan and implement chapter activities, trips, and events.

Prays regularly for individuals in the group and the chapter as a whole.

 Liaisons with chapter members for their input.

Attends Leadership Meetings.
